Championship Results 27th February Part 3

Sheffield United 4-3 Plymouth Argyle
Sheffield United went 3-0 ahead only for Plymouth to fight their way back to 3-2. Sheffield United took the points in the end though. Ched Evans made a late appearance from the bench for Sheffield United with Carl Fletcher in midfield for Plymouth.

Swansea City 1-0 Peterborough United
I wonder if people are saying ‘boring boring Swansea’. They do seem to have won a lot of games 1-0 lately. It was a penalty from David Cotterill that sealed the win early on, with Ashley Williams and Jazz Richards also starting. David Cornell was on the bench but Joe Allen missed out with a knee injury. Swansea have problems in midfield. Two of their starters went off in the fist 32 minutes.
Craig Morgan was in defence for Peterborough and just letting in one goal against a play-off contender isn’t that bad really. And maybe Peterborough would have scored if they’d actually had some fit strikers.

West Bromwich Albion 3-1 Derby County
Derby took the lead early in the second half and played well but West Brom scored three and took the points. Robbie Savage played the full match for Derby.
