Malta v Wales under-21s Squad Announced

Brian Flynn has named the Wales under-21 squad to face Malta away in a friendly on 10th August.
Goalkeepers: David Cornell (Swansea City), Jonathan Bond (Watford)
Defenders: Daniel Alfei (Swansea City), Adam Matthews (Cardiff City), Aaron Morris (Aldershot), Christian Ribeiro (Bristol City), Ashley ‘Jazz’ Richards (Swansea City), Neil Taylor (Swansea City)
Midfielders: Mark Bradley (Rotherham United), Shaun MacDonald (Swansea City), Joe Partington (AFC Bournemouth), Jonathan Williams (Crystal Palace), Ryan Doble (Southampton), Jake Taylor (Reading)
Forwards: Billy Bodin (Swindon Town), Elliot Chamberlain (Leicester City), Richard Peniket (Fulham), Hal Robson-Kanu (Reading)

In addition, the following players are on standby: goalkeeper Rhys Taylor (Crewe Alexandra, on loan from Chelsea), defenders Josh Dawkin (Norwich City), Adam Henley (Blackburn Rovers), David Stephens (Hibernian) and Ash Taylor (Tranmere Rovers), midfielders Tom Bender (Colchester United), Tom Lawrence (Manchester United), Lee Lucas (Swansea City) and strikers Kayleden Brown (West Bromwich Albion) and Casey Thomas (Swansea City).

As Christian Ribeiro and Ash Taylor are expected to be out for a while, I think some of the standby players might be needed.
