Cardiff City manager Dave Jones has told defender Adam Matthews that he will be reminded of his own goal for the rest of his career. And if he doesn’t get over it quickly, he’ll be dumped in the reserves. Just what Adam wanted to hear, I’m sure. He’s eighteen, of course he’s going to make mistakes, and own goals happen to all players, regardless of age and it wasn’t as though Adam was the only player who made a mistake. At least Adam had lots of support from Wales OnlineI just want to give Adam a hug and tell him to forget the own goal but remember what he learned from it.
