Brighton & Hove Albion v Huddersfield Town
Andrew Crofts will be trying to help Brighton to fight their way out of relegation trouble (and hopefully fight his way into the Wales squad while he’s at it). Huddersfield are play-off contenders but that doesn’t mean they’ll win.
Bristol Rovers v Walsall
Hang on, am I looking at the wrong week? Didn’t these teams play on Saturday? Yes they did but like Arsenal and Bolton, fixture cancellations have meant the return fixtures are within days of each other. Byron Anthony should keep his place in Bristol Rovers’ defence and a number of injuries is likely to mean that Ben Swallow will get a start.
Walsall will be hoping to end a run of eight matches without a win. Rhys Weston will again be missing with a hamstring injury but maybe Mark Bradley will come back into the team.
Gillingham v Tranmere Rovers
It’s another one of those relegation six-pointer thingies but I think Tranmere could win this. They’re away and Gillingham aren’t all that bad really but they do have 19 year old Ash Taylor who is looking very good. Maybe he’ll be playing England in the Euro 2012 qualifiers but in the meantime he’s got Gillingham to worry about.
Swindon Town v Oldham Athletic
Jason Price will be hoping this match will bring his first goal for Oldham since joining on loan from Millwall. Joe Jacobson will be playing in defence but maybe he’ll get a goal too.
