Birmingham City 1-0 Fulham
Fulham’s Simon Davies played for the first time for months. He lasted the full 90 minutes and played very well. That’s more important than winning isn’t it? Well, in some ways it is.
Chelsea 4-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wayne Hennessey and David Edwards played the whole match for Wolves but they too were on the losing side. Dave nearly scored and I bet Wayne kept out more than he let in.
Hull City 3-3 West Ham
First West Ham were in front, then Hull were in front. Hull’s Boaz Myhill was only fit enough for the bench but Danny Gabbidon and Jack Collison played the whole match for West Ham. Jack scored West Ham’s second goal. The Guardian says something ‘plopped on [Jack’s] head’. I hope they mean the ball.
Liverpool 2-2 Manchester City
Craig Bellamy got an assist for Manchester City but they could only manage yet another draw against Liverpool. That’s relegation form you know…
Manchester United 3-0 Everton
Ryan Giggs got an assist but his team-mates didn’t let him score his 100th goal, selfishly keeping the ball for themselves. But I think Ryan would rather work for his 100th goal than take it as a gift.
Sunderland v Arsenal
I can’t bring myself to write the score but Aaron Ramsey played the first sixty minutes and it wasn’t his fault okay? It didn’t even happen until he’d been substituted.
