League Two Fixtures 3rd April Part 1

Bournemouth v Bradford City
Bournemouth remain on course for an automatic promotion spot. Bradford won’t go up or down but they have improved in recent weeks.
Rhoys Wiggins has said he would like to move to Bournemouth permanently now their transfer ban has been lifted – but parent club Norwich City might want to take him into the Championship with them. Joe Partington has been playing with the reserves since recovering from a back injury but could be ready for the big time now.
Bradford could be without Michael Flynn, who has a rib muscle strain.

Burton Albion v Darlington
Burton hope to be the next team to heap misery upon poor Darlington. And a play-off spot isn’t looking impossible for Burton anymore.
Tony James will play in defence for Burton.

Cheltenham Town v Lincoln City

Cheltenham remain in a bit of trouble but Lincoln are 12 points clear of trouble and probably safe.
Josh Low returned from a hamstring injury last week and should play for Cheltenham again. David Stephens is at Lincoln on loan from Norwich but they don’t seem to have used him so far.

Chesterfield v Rochdale

If Chesterfield can stretch their run to six games without a win, they could find themselves out of the play-off places. Rochdale are ten points clear at the top of the table. Lucky Rochdale fans but if anyone’s still supporting Rochdale after all this time, they probably deserve a promotion.
Robert Page should play in defence for Chesterfield with Mark Crossley on the bench.

Dagenham & Redbridge v Accrington Stanley

Dag & Red can’t seem to make up their minds whether they want to be in the play-offs or not. And it’s easy to understand why. Yeovil are doing fine up there but Macclesfield Town haven’t done much since getting relegated from League One (or the Second Division, as it was then, it was that long ago) and Cheltenham Town could find themselves back down in the Conference if they’re not careful.
Accrington are seven points outside the play-offs. I wonder.
Tony Roberts will be in goal for Dagenham. Manager John Still feels he’s one of their most consistent players.

Grimsby Town P-P Northampton Town
This match is off as they’ve already played it.
