Carlisle United v Milton Keynes Dons
This fixture sees two Welsh strikers who used to play for Millwall go up against each other as Carlisle and Milton Keynes Dons both hope they’ll still be in the top half of the table this time tomorrow.
Jason Price might be featured in an article called ‘Cumbrians in Good Health’ but it seems the title doesn’t apply to him. Jason has a muscle tear and is expected to be out for a fortnight.
Jermaine Easter was MK Dons’ top scorer last season but he hasn’t scored yet. He’s managed to fool BBC Sport into thinking he’d scored a goal but they found him out pretty quickly.
Charlton Athletic v Oldham Athletic
Only two teams in League One have a 100% record. And as the two teams are Charlton and Oldham, at least one of them will lose their 100% record tomorrow.
Charlton have got rid of all their Welsh players although as Grant Basey’s move to Aberdeen has hit a snag, maybe they’ll have a go at bringing him back. Oldham are attempting to get rid of their Welsh player Joe Jacobson. There are some very strange managers around. You wouldn’t catch me doing something like that.
Exeter City v Bristol Rovers
Exeter play their first match since the death of striker Adam Stansfield, who had cancer. Exeter hope that a win over Bristol Rovers will be one of many tributes to Adam.
Richard Duffy and Daniel Nardiello wll probably be in the starting line-up with Rob Edwards on the bench. But they seem to have forgotten about Andy Marriott.
Bristol Rovers are expected to name the same starting line-up as last time so that means Byron Anthony will start and Ben Swallow will be on the bench.
