League Two Results 28th December

Barnet 0-0 Northampton Town
Peter Gilbert cleared a Barnet effort off the line as he helped Northampton to get a point and a clean sheet.

Bournemouth v Torquay United
Joe Partington got a second successive start and this time Bournemouth won. Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has praised Joe’s positive impact on the team. Not to mention his versatility – he has played at left back, centre back and central midfield this season, despite only appearing in about three matches.

Dagenham & Redbridge 0-2 Cheltenham Town
Josh Low scored his first goal for a while for Cheltenham. It was a great goal but Dag & Red keeper Tony Roberts won’t be as happy with it.

Grimsby Town 1-2 Port Vale
Gareth Owen played on the winning side as Grimsby's mini-revival came to an end.
