League Two News December 4th

Aldershot v Chesterfield
It’s not just me who thinks Mark Crossley has a chance of becoming Chesterfield’s regular keeper. See I’m not just biased, sometimes I’m right.

Bury v Barnet
Bury’s Daniel Nardiello will be hoping to score some more goals that actually make it over the line.

Cheltenham Town v Northampton Town

Cheltenham v Northampton is its official name. But for me it’s a chance to see Josh Low v Peter Gilbert.

Crewe Alexandra v Lincoln City
Anthony Pulis is only considered a doubt for Lincoln by BBC Sport. I thought he was going to be out for about a month. I wonder who’s right?

Grimsby Town v Dagenham & Redbridge

Tony Roberts will be hoping not to let in quite so many goals this time. As Grimsby are the opponents, this shouldn’t be too difficult.

Hereford United v Notts County
Ryan Green is doubtful due to a thigh problem he’s apparently had for a few weeks. I thought it was a dead leg. But anyway, he might not play.

Port Vale v Morecambe
Gareth Owen’s cheek operation was a success but he won’t play in this match. Lewis Haldane’s loan at Port Vale has come to an end so he won’t play but Vale are trying to buy him and he’ll probably continue to train with them rather than going back to Bristol Rovers. If he did go back to Bristol Rovers they could end up with a bench that was more than half-Welsh - Lewis, Rhys Evans, Byron Anthony and Ben Swallow.
