League One Fixtures 28th August 2010 Part 1

Bournemouth v Notts County
The top two promoted teams go head to head. Bournemouth have made a good start and are currently in the play-off positions whereas Notts County collected their first win only last week.
Bournemouth are obviously without Brett Pitman, who has joined Bristol City but they still have Rhoys Wiggins (who should start) and Joe Partington (who will be on the bench).
Ben Davies has attracted a lot of attention since getting his first assist in League One but he’s still a County player for now.

Brentford v Rochdale
Brentford and Rochdale aren’t two of the best League One sides at the moment but Hull City and Barnsley probably think they’re quite good. Brentford’s match is the more recent so perhaps it will give them a bit of extra confidence for this match.
Nicky Adams was rested against Hull in the Carling Cup and it’s fair to say they didn’t miss him too much but he’ll return to the squad against Rochdale.
Matt Done will probably be on the bench for Rochdale.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Walsall
Brighton haven’t won since the first day of the season but Walsall have won their last two matches in all competitions.
Sean Geddes will be on the bench for Walsall.

Bristol Rovers v Southampton
Bristol Rovers haven’t lost since that embarrassing Oxford United Carling Cup match. Now they take on title favourites Southampton… who are still looking for their first win.
Byron Anthony picked up a back injury last weekend but should be able to play for Bristol Rovers. Ben Swallow and Eliot Richards will be on the bench.
