Sheffield Wednesday 0-2 Doncaster Rovers
Sheffield Wednesday might not be as high up the table as Doncaster but they’re a big club and they’ve won their last four home matches so I say it’s a great away win for Doncaster, who are now almost looking like Premier League hopefuls.
Gareth Roberts of course was out with a knee injury but John Oster and Brian Stock both started and could have scored. John’s 20-yard effort caused real problems for Wednesday’s goalkeeper and Doncaster were unlucky not to get to the loose ball. Brian was substituted after 86 minutes as a precaution but he seems to be okay.
