League One Fixtures 13th February Part 1

Brentford v Wycombe Wanderers
Brentford have a really good goalkeeper in loan star Lewis Price but will he actually get into the squad? Probably not. I think Brentford will probably win though.

Brighton & Hove Albion v Norwich City
Brighton are out of the relegation places but now the team captained by Andrew Crofts face league leaders Norwich. And the programme has an Andrew poster in it which sounds good to me.

Carlisle United v Milton Keynes Dons
Jermaine Easter is suspended after picking up his tenth yellow card of the season so MK Dons will have to manage without him. This will be the second game of his two-match suspension as he served the first when MK Dons were beaten 3-1 by Southampton in the St Johnstone’s Paint Trophy match on Tuesday.

Leyton Orient v Leeds United

Nicky Adams is likely to keep his place as Orient have really improved since he joined them on loan. His loan ends after this match though and Orient fans are understandably desperate to keep him. I think another good Welsh midfielder would be very useful to Leicester but they didn’t appreciate him when they had him, Orient really do.

Millwall v Exeter City
Andy Marriott is set to keep his place in Exeter’s goal. The 39 year old said he has no intention of retiring. If Burton's Kevin Poole can play aged 46, Andy can play aged 39. He also said he hasn’t retired from playing for Wales and never will which is so lovely to hear, even though he admits he has very little chance of playing for Wales again. I think all Welsh players should be like him.
Richard Duffy will probably be in defence and there could be a place for Rob Edwards too but actually I hope not because he’s played against Millwall eight times and won six of them and I like Millwall. Stuart Fleetwood, on loan from Charlton, is probably more likely to be on the bench but Exeter manager Paul Tisdale says he’ll have more chances to play for his loan side.

Oldham Athletic v Walsall
Jason Price scored his first goal for Oldham last week. It didn’t help much as they’d already lose but maybe things will be different against Walsall. Rhys Weston is still out with a hamstring injury but I hope Mark Bradley will be back in the starting line-up again.
