League One Fixtures 20th February Part 3

Norwich City v Southampton
Southampton were looking like play-off contenders at one point but a series of disappointing results means they wouldn’t be in the play-offs even if they got their ten points back and won their two games in hand. They do have some good players though, including Lloyd James, who was excellent until he was inexplicably dropped to the bench.

Tranmere Rovers v Leyton Orient
Tranmere Rovers are only in the relegation places on goal difference so a win over Orient, who have lost Nicky Adams to parent club Leicester City, could move them out of immediate danger – which would be a great achievement considering how far adrift they were. No word on whether Ash Taylor is likely to return for Tranmere.

Walsall v Brentford
Rhys Weston again misses out for Walsall with a hamstring injury but it’s not impossible Mark Bradley will return to the starting line-up as his half-time appearance surely helped inspire Walsall’s win over Leeds United. Well I like to think it did. Brentford will probably leave out Lewis Price again.
