Premier League Fixtures 27th March Part 1

Birmingham City v Arsenal
Arsenal need a win to keep their title hopes alive (well probably, losing matches hasn’t done them any harm so far) but they must do so without both their first-choice centre backs.
They are also without Aaron Ramsey, who has a broken leg, and Sanchez Watt, who has joined Leeds United on loan.

Bolton Wanderers v Manchester United
Bolton are probably safe – and good thing too because they’ll probably lose this match. Who knows though? Owen Coyle got a home win over Man Utd when he was manager of Burnley.
Sam Ricketts was on the bench for Bolton’s last game but he came on following a defensive sending off and is likely to start this match. And at right back too, his natural position.
Ryan Giggs made his return from a broken arm as a substitute midweek and could be ready to start. Ryan has said he’d consider playing for Wales again if he was called up but Sir Alex Ferguson says Ryan was talking rubbish. He’s probably in a mood because Wales beat Scotland.

Chelsea v Aston Villa
Aston Villa will be hoping to bounce back from their recent draw with Sunderland – but they may find Stamford Bridge isn’t the best place for that sort of thing.
Rhys Taylor might or might not have recovered from his injury but with Petr Cech now fit, his first-team chances seen to be gone. For now.
James Collins is struggling with an injury but so are half his Villa team-mates so he could play anyway..

Hull City v Fulham

Hull are in big trouble after Portsmouth’s sneaky last-minute win over them. Fulham struggle away from home and seemed tired in the second half of their FA Cup match midweek after a very busy schedule.
Boaz Myhill will be in goal for Hull. Simon Davies has played a lot of games lately for Fulham so he’s probably due a rest – but Fulham might need him.
