Premier League Results 23rd March

West Ham United 1-3 Wolverhampton Wanderers
Wolves got a deserved three points that takes them seven points clear of the relegation zone. As for West Ham, they are in serious trouble.
Neither Danny Gabbidon (muscle strain) nor Jack Collison (knee) were fit enough to return for West Ham.
David Jones was the only Welshman (okay Englishman but he’s eligible for Wales) to play for Wolves. He got the assists for the second and third goals and should have won Wolves a penalty. David sounded very threatening on Sky Sports News and the Guardian blog even called him ‘the excellent David Jones’ and who am I to argue with that. Wayne Hennessey was on the bench but Dave Edwards didn’t make the matchday squad and neither, for some reason, did Sam Vokes.
