Premier League Fixtures 13th March Part 2

Hull City v Arsenal
I want Hull to stay up, I really do but I’m not so in love with them that I don’t want them to lose this match. Ideally, I’d like Boaz Myhill to give an astoundingly brilliant performance in goal, but he should still do enough conceding for Arsenal’s result to look respectable.
Arsenal are of course without Aaron Ramsey (broken leg). Sanchez Watt will be hoping for a place on the bench but there is a lot of competition. Even during the injury crisis.

Stoke City v Aston Villa

Aston Villa are four points behind fourth place – with two games in hand. Here they face a side who are scarily good at home although they will be without the suspended Ryan Shawcross for one more match. Danny Collins has a good chance of being picked at either left back or centre back.
I would certainly expect James Collins to keep his place in Aston Villa’s defence although I do have a lot of sympathy for Luke Young, who has been left out lately. Playing five in defence seems the only fair way – but probably not the best way of winning the match, despite Villa’s good record of goals scored by centre backs.

Tottenham Hotspur v Blackburn Rovers

Tottenham could move back into the top four if results go their way. Blackburn remain in relegation difficulties and aren’t exactly known for their good performances away.
Gareth Bale is expected to continue at left wing as Tottenham’s injury crisis continues. He did a good job last week, despite having up to five players marking him. Jason Brown will be on the bench for Blackburn.
