Colchester United 0-0 Brighton & Hove Albion
Both managers were happy for the points to be shared, feeling their sides were not poor enough to lose yet not good enough to win. Lee Beevers wasn’t fit enough to play for Colchester but Andrew Crofts was in Brighton’s starting line-up and arguably should have scored but as his manager said Brighton didn’t really deserve to win, I hope he didn’t make too much of a fuss.
