League Two Fixtures 26th January

Chesterfield v Rotherham United
After some varied results, including an embarrassing lost to Darlington, Rotherham will be wanting to consolidate their place in the promotion picture. But so do Chesterfield, whose side includes Robert Page and (if he plays) Mark Crossley.

Dagenham & Redbridge v Notts County
Tony Roberts will be desperate to help Dagenham get back into the promotion picture but Notts County always score a lot of goals and goals from the opposition are something Tony has struggled with this season. Although I still think he’s brilliant.

Darlington v Northampton Town
Darlington need a miracle to save them from relegation. Lots of miracles in fact. But a win over Peter Gilbert’s Northampton would be a start.

Macclesfield Town v Morecambe
Darren Moss could be on the bench again as Morecambe play the League Two side closest to them – alphabetically, that is.

Rochdale v Port Vale

Craig Davies and Lewis Haldane looked good playing together when Port Vale took on Macclesfield but they didn’t actually score any goals. And you can’t win at any level if you don’t score. Gareth Owen should also play for Vale.
