League One Postponements 9th January

Brighton & Hove Albion P-P Brenford
Brighton manager Gus Poyet is very happy with his captain, Andrew Crofts. But whilst Andrew cam make the team tick, he can’t make the frozen pitch melt. Lewis Price looks set to stay with Brentford despite plans to cancel his loan.

Bristol Rovers P-P Stockport County
Ben Swallow hopes to consolidate his first-team place but tomorrow no longer represents an opportunity to start consolidating. So Byron Anthony won’t get a rare start and neither will Rhys Evans. Apparently Rhys is English but he must be a little bit Welsh with a name like that.
Owain fon Williams could have played his last game for Stockport Ipswich, Leeds and Motherwell are all said to be interested.

Carlisle United P-P Millwall
A day off for Millwall’s Jason Price as opposed to an off-day. But I hope his off-days are getting fewer and fewer.

Charlton Athletic P-P Hartlepool United
Are there any games being played in League One? Charlton’s Grant Basey certainly won’t be playing one.

Gillingham P-P Tranmere Rovers

Ash Taylor can enjoy a day in the snow instead of working.

Milton Keynes Dons P-P Swindon

Leeds v Wycombe is going ahead but they have no Welsh players. Are us sheep shaggers soft or something? Jermaine Easter would have played for MK Dons.

Oldham Athletic P-P Leyton Orient
I only found out about Joe Jacobson recently so I was looking forward to seeing him on The Football League Show. But it won’t happen this weekend.

Southend United P-P Walsall

Walsall will have gone almost three weeks without playing a match but Rhys Weston says he, Mark Bradley and the others are using the time to plot their play-off surge.
